STATE OF MIND SPORTS were invited to deliver the multi award winning mental fitness session to Castleford Tigers Women's team earlier this month.

The Castleford Tigers Women, nicknamed the Tigresses, are a prominent women's rugby league team based in Castleford, West Yorkshire. They compete in the Rugby Football League Women's Championship.
