STATE OF MIND were delighted to deliver two mental fitness sessions with Housing Plus Group in Telford recently.

The sessions were delivered by mental fitness coaches Jimmy Gittins, former rugby league player and Ian Smith, a former Super League referee.

Mental Health Awareness Week 2026 runs from 11–17 May, focusing on ‘Action’ to improve workplace mental health through practical support, activities, and awareness initiatives.
