STATE OF MIND were back in Aberdeenshire to deliver a two-day Mental Health First Aid Course last month.

STATE OF MIND Mental Health First Aid trainers Ian Smith and Jimmy Gittins delivered the two-day course in site.

James Simpson Site Manager said "Having Ian and Jimmy with us these past weeks has meant far more than just completing a course. The space you both created, the honesty, the compassion, the courage you brought into the room left a deep and lasting impact on every single person who attended. Sometimes it isn’t just training, it is about something meaningful, grounding, and human.
