STATE OF MIND were delighted to be invited to present our multi-award-winning mental fitness session for staff of Network Rail.

This was the first of four Network Rail Wessex Roadshows in Woking recently.

The Southern region serves rail passengers and freight operators from Devon in the West, to Kent in the East. Southern region - Network Rail

State of Mind presenters Ian Smith and Jimmy Gittins delivered the two sessions.

Over 300 staff attended, and the feedback was incredibly humbling.
